人工模擬鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)霧(wu)(wu)試(shi)驗又包括(kuo)中性鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)霧(wu)(wu)試(shi)驗、醋酸鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)霧(wu)(wu)試(shi)驗、銅加速醋酸鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)霧(wu)(wu)試(shi)驗、交變鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)霧(wu)(wu)試(shi)驗。
(1) 中性(xing)鹽霧試驗(yan)(NSS試驗(yan))是出現*早目(mu)前應(ying)用領域*廣的(de)一種加速腐蝕試驗(yan)方法(fa)。它采用5%的(de)氯化鈉鹽水溶液(ye),溶液(ye)PH值調在中性(xing)范(fan)圍(6~7)作為噴霧用的(de)溶液(ye)。試驗(yan)溫度均取(qu)35℃,要(yao)求鹽霧的(de)沉降率在1~2ml/80cm?.h之間。
(2) 醋酸(suan)(suan)(suan)鹽霧試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(ASS試(shi)驗(yan)(yan))是(shi)(shi)在(zai)中性(xing)鹽霧試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)的(de)(de)基(ji)礎上發(fa)展起來(lai)的(de)(de)。它是(shi)(shi)在(zai)5%氯(lv)化(hua)鈉溶液中加入一些冰醋酸(suan)(suan)(suan),使溶液的(de)(de)PH值降(jiang)為3左(zuo)右,溶液變成酸(suan)(suan)(suan)性(xing),*后形成的(de)(de)鹽霧也由中性(xing)鹽霧變成酸(suan)(suan)(suan)性(xing)。它的(de)(de)腐蝕速度要比NSS試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)快3倍左(zuo)右。
(3) 銅加(jia)速(su)醋酸鹽(yan)霧試驗(yan)(CASS試驗(yan))是(shi)國外新近發(fa)展(zhan)起來(lai)的一種快速(su)鹽(yan)霧腐(fu)蝕試驗(yan),試驗(yan)溫度(du)為(wei)50℃,鹽(yan)溶液(ye)中加(jia)入少量銅鹽(yan)—氯(lv)化銅,強烈(lie)誘發(fa)腐(fu)蝕。它的腐(fu)蝕速(su)度(du)大約是(shi)NSS試驗(yan)的8倍(bei)。
(4) 交(jiao)變鹽(yan)霧(wu)(wu)(wu)試驗是一種綜合鹽(yan)霧(wu)(wu)(wu)試驗,它實際上(shang)是中性鹽(yan)霧(wu)(wu)(wu)試驗加(jia)恒定濕熱試驗。它主要用于空腔型的(de)整機產品(pin),通過潮態環境的(de)滲透,使鹽(yan)霧(wu)(wu)(wu)腐蝕不但在產品(pin)表面產生,也(ye)在產品(pin)內部產生。它是將產品(pin)在鹽(yan)霧(wu)(wu)(wu)和(he)濕熱兩種環境條件下交(jiao)替轉換(huan),*后考核(he)整機產品(pin)的(de)電(dian)性能和(he)機械(xie)性能有無變化。
